7-day easy exchange
Unused, unwashed pieces with original tags may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Write to hello@ateliernoir.com with your order number and we will guide the next step.
Custom and made-to-order
Garments cut to your measurements, or made to order, cannot be returned for a change of mind. If there is a genuine atelier fault, we will make it right.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method after the piece reaches us in sellable condition. Shipping on the original order is not always refundable.
Cancellations
Ready-to-ship orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch — write to us as soon as you can. Once a piece is cut to your measurements, or embroidery has begun, cancellation is not possible except where the law requires it.
