Yes. Pieces are dispatched from New Delhi. Metro cities typically take 4–7 days; made-to-order and custom-fit garments take about 10–14 days, confirmed with you before we begin.

COD is offered where checkout enables it for your pin code. Some made-to-order pieces may need prepaid payment — we will tell you before you confirm.

Yes. An account is optional. Guest checkout stays available. To save addresses and see orders in one place, tap the person icon and sign in with a one-time code Shopify emails you — no password.

Shopify emails an order-status link when you place the order. Open that email to track. Signed-in customers can also view orders from My account. We do not look up orders from a public form.

Unused pieces with tags may be exchanged within the window shown on the product and in our returns page. Custom-fit garments follow fitting policy and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Yes. Blouse fit, length, and drape can be adjusted. Visit Custom Tailoring or write to us with the look you love.

Yes. Applicable GST is included. An invoice is issued with every order.

Yes. Open Book a Fitting, tell us the occasion and a preferred date, and we will confirm within forty-eight hours. The first consultation is complimentary.
